In what languages can you provide copywriting and content marketing/creation services?

English and German. We have a team of native experts who can provide you with high-quality work in both languages. Our expertise, however, lies in native English copywriting, translation and content creation. You can learn more about us here.

How much is X, Y, Z going to cost me?

We’re not going to lie - services can be difficult to price. Why? Because every company and product is different. There are different needs, wants, working styles and so on. 

So let’s talk about what you would like to achieve and whether or not you have a budget in mind. 

To get an idea of what prices you can expect: our current hourly rate is €120/hour and we have included average starting rates on all of our service pages.

How do you work with clients?

These are the main ways we work with clients:

Strategy/consulting/workshops: If you're not sure how to find your company’s tone of voice or what content strategy you should implement - it’s time to take a step back, regroup and get an outside perspective. Which is what we can offer you. 

Project basis: Projects have a predefined scope and timeline. This way of working together is great when you know exactly what you want, or have a pretty good idea, and we can suggest a project package. Projects also entail 2 rounds of feedback. 

Monthly hour pool retainer: This is for those who have plenty of copywriting and/or content creation tasks and want to work in a flexible and agile way. A great way of working together with a content team. Monthly hour pools start at 10 hours per month. 

Monthly content retainer: If you already have a solid content strategy and know what you want to produce, we can work out a monthly content retainer suited to your needs. A content retainer usually entails 1 feedback round.

What is your turnaround rate?

This depends on the task at hand and how much capacity we have at the time but generally speaking, it takes 2-3 weeks to turn around smaller content packages such as 3 blog posts - including feedback. When it comes to projects with a broader scope such as keyword research, website SEO copywriting, testing and optimisation, it can take 1 to 1 and a half months.
